Assalamualaikum and hi guys,sorry 🙏 late to share my latest post.This post i want to share with you speech about importance of exercise which I presenting in the classroom.



                                                          THE IMPORTANCE OF EXERCISE  
                                                              

Assalamualaikum and hi to the respected teachers and my dear friends.First let me introduce myself.My name is Muhammad Aiman.Today I would like to speech on importance of exercise.We all know that exercise is important in our daily lives, but we may not know why or what exercise can do for us.Doing regular exercise is really important in one’s life. It is very important for a person to be mentally and physically fit as we all have heard “Healthy Mind lives in Healthy body”.So to stay fit and healthy one must do exercises regularly.

The youths of our society today eat a lot of junk food and look old before time. Their poor health is also one of the social problems. People without good health cannot live happily and also cannot contribute to the growth of our nation. Therefore to overcome all these problems not only youth of the society but everyone should do exercises in order to stay fit and healthy and contribute to the growth of our nation.There are many benefits of regular exercise.

The benefits is exercise can improves muscle strength.Staying active keeps muscles strong and joints, tendons and ligaments flexible,allowing you to move more easily and avoid injury. Strong muscles and ligaments reduce your risk of joint and lower back pain by keeping joints in proper alignment. They also improve coordination and balance.

Next,exercise can helps people to lose and maintain weight.An exercise session burns calories and elevates metabolic rate both during exercise and then for hours after exercise is completed. It helps to preserve and build lean muscle mass. It works to suppress appetite. All of these benefits work together to make exercise vital for maintaining weight loss.

Besides,exercises can reduces LDL cholesterol,increases HDL and reduces blood pressure so it lowers the stress on your heart.It also strengthens your heart muscle. Combined with a healthy diet, exercise lowers the risk of developing coronary heart disease.

Lastly,to succeed in life both mental and physical development is important. Therefore exercises are really important for the overall development in one’s life. One should maintain a balance between his work, rest, and exercises.
